There is simply no better way to explore the beautiful Mediterranean Sea and archipelago in Turkey and Greece.The coastline around Marmaris in Turkey and neighboring Greece are renowned for its beautiful, crystal clear water, astonishing costal landscape with bays and gulfs and for its friendly people. For those of you who appreciate warm waters and water sports such as snorkeling and water skiing, this is probably the best place to be in the Mediterranean Sea. During the winter season the yacht will be based in Sharm-El-Sheik in Egypt which will give all part owners an option to explore the famous Red Sea and thus being able to offer top waters and an exotic summer climate also during the winter period.
The yacht, M/Y Empress, is built in 2008 and is in absolute mint condition.
She can accommodate up to six passengers with a living standard comparable
to a luxury hotel.
The crew on board will ensure that you enjoy the highest level of comfort and safety.
The captain has vast naval experience and the yacht is equipped with state of the art navigational and radar equipment. The butler will always be at your service for a variety of tasks such as cooking, event booking and cleaning etc.
When you arrive at the yacht the crew has ensured that it is fully equipped, cleaned and ready to offer you a truly unique holiday experience.
What are the costs involved?
Each share is SEK 245.000 ( 33 000 $ USD ) and represents 1/34 of the value of the yacht.
The share allows the part owner to have the yacht at his disposal for one week a year.
Of course each part owner has the possibility to purchase several shares.
When using the yacht in Turkey or Greece an annual service fee of
14.000 SEK ( 1 900 $ USD ) will be charged, which also includes captain and butler.
If the yacht is being used in the Red Sea an additional fee of 5.000 SEK ( 670 $ USD)
will be charged to cover additional fuel costs, canal fees etc for the voyage
from Turkey to Egypt.
In comparison, normal charter cost for an equivalent motor yacht is between
70.000 ( 9 500 $ USD ) and 120.000 SEK ( 16 000 $ USD ) per week , excluding crew costs.
Costs for food, beverages, fuel and marina fees where applicable are covered
by the part owner.
M/Y Empress is always fuelled, cleaned, catered and fully ready for your stay when you arrive at the departure harbor.
What is Empress Charter Ltd responsible for?
Empress Charter Ltd is responsible for maintenance and repair, insurance and administration of M/Y Empress. In exchange Empress Charter Ltd will have the right to charter out the yacht when it’s not being used by any part owner.
How do I book a stay with M/Y Empress?
As a part owner, you simply log on to our webpage and book your week of choice based on indicated availability.
Flights and other means of transportation to the departure marina are booked and paid for by the part owner.If possible please send an email with a list of desired meals and beverages for the first two days to the butler of M/Y Empress. By doing this, we can ensure that the meals and drinks of your choice will be available upon your arrival.
After your stay at M/Y Empress we will take care of the yacht in every possible way and thus ensuring that she will be kept in superb condition, ready for your next visit in a near future.
